01General Terms & Definitions

In this document, "dbt333", "we", and "our" refer to the dbt333.onl platform and its operating entity. "User", "member", "player", and "you" refer to any individual who has registered on or is using the dbt333 platform.

Dbt333's Terms & Conditions apply in both Bengali and English. In the event of any conflict, the English version shall prevail. These terms are aligned with international gaming laws and applicable regulations in Bangladesh.

02Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on dbt333, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately.
• Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information at registration — including your name, mobile number, and payment details.
• Your account password and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential and must not be shared with anyone.
• Registration is not permitted from countries or regions where online gaming is prohibited by law.

If any false information is provided at registration, dbt333 reserves the right to close that account at any time and forfeit any funds held within it.

03Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on dbt333:

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 100 and the minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 200.
• Accepted payment methods for deposits and withdrawals are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and USDT. No other payment methods are accepted.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes. In cases where verification is required, processing may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• If any suspicious transaction is detected, dbt333 reserves the right to place a hold on the withdrawal and carry out a verification review.
• Any suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity will result in immediate account suspension and notification of the relevant authorities.

04Bonus & Promotion Terms

The following conditions apply to all bonus and promotional offers on dbt333:

• The welcome bonus is available to newly registered members only and applies once to the first deposit.
• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement — typically 15 to 30 times the bonus amount. Check each offer's page for full details.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be used to play games.
• A member may not claim more than one bonus at a time.
• Free spins and other promotional offers have set expiry dates — they will be automatically cancelled once the period ends.
• Dbt333 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

05Gaming Rules

The following ground rules must be observed when playing on dbt333:

• All game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). No one can alter the results.
• If a technical issue occurs during gameplay, the affected game round may be declared void and the stake refunded.
• Slots, Fish Games, bingo, or betting — each game has its own rules, and it is your responsibility to understand them before playing.
• If your internet connection drops during a game, the round in progress will be settled server-side.
• Betting conditions in the live betting section may change — always check the latest odds before placing a bet.

06Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dbt333 platform:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Abusing the bonus system, such as bonus arbitrage or bonus hunting.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing other members, spreading false information, or engaging in conduct that damages the platform's reputation.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.

07Account Suspension & Closure

Dbt333 may suspend or close any account under the following circumstances:

• If false information is found to have been provided during registration.
• If evidence of involvement in prohibited activities is found.
• If you fail to cooperate with the identity verification process.
• Extended inactivity of more than 180 days. A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts.
• If you submit a request to close your own account.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining valid balance before the account is closed.

08Privacy & Data Protection

• Your personal information will not be sold or transferred to any third party.
• All data is protected through SSL encryption.
• Information may be shared with relevant authorities where required by legal obligation.

09Limitation of Liability

Dbt333 is not liable for the following:

• Any game loss resulting from an internet disconnection or a problem with your own device.
• Delays or issues caused by third-party payment providers.
• Game session cancellations due to unexpected server downtime — in such cases, stakes will be refunded.
• Any loss resulting from you sharing your account credentials with another person.

10Changes to Terms

Dbt333 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• The last updated date at the top of this page will be changed accordingly.
• Members will be notified of significant changes via email or an in-platform notification.
• Continued use of the platform after updated terms have been published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
